Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Saturn Street, LLC, doing business as Final Expense Guy (“Final Expense Guy,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information through our website, FEXGuy.com (https://fexguy.com), and when we help you with life insurance. Final Expense Guy is run by Randy VanderVaate, a licensed life insurance agent.
Information you give us on the website
Our quote request form sends what you enter to Formspark, a third-party online form service. The form asks for:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- State
- What Randy can help you with (a free-text answer)
Formspark receives and stores what you submit and sends it to us. It also receives the standard technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, and our website’s address.
When you submit a contact or quote request, we may also collect the page where you submitted the form, the first page you visited, and available referral or advertising campaign information to help us understand how visitors find our website.
To keep automated spam out of the quote request form, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check from Cloudflare. When you reach the form, the check runs in your browser, and Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser details, to tell people apart from automated programs. Most visitors never see it; occasionally it may ask you to click a box. We do not send Cloudflare your form answers. Formspark confirms the check with Cloudflare before accepting a submission. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.
The website does not ask for, and you should not enter, Social Security numbers, bank account or credit card information, or passwords. There are no user accounts on the website.

Information we keep when we work with you
After Randy speaks with you, our business records may contain information such as:
- Your contact information
- Your date of birth
- Health information
- Beneficiary information
- Other information relevant to your insurance needs and to servicing your coverage
We do not keep Social Security numbers or banking information in our customer records system.
If you apply for insurance, the insurance company may separately collect the information it requires to process your application, including sensitive information. The insurance company handles that information under its own privacy practices.

- To respond to your request and contact you about life insurance options
- To prepare quotes, help you apply for coverage and service your policy
- To send follow-up text messages and emails
- To operate, measure and improve the website
- To meet legal requirements and for other legitimate business purposes
How we contact you
Randy personally makes phone calls. We do not make AI-generated voice calls or prerecorded or artificial-voice sales calls.
Some follow-up text messages and emails may be sent automatically. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
You can stop these communications at any time:
- Text messages: reply STOP.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in our follow-up or marketing emails.
- Phone calls: tell Randy you do not want further calls, or call 888-862-9456.
How information is shared
We do not sell your information. We do not sell or distribute leads to lead companies, call centers, marketers or unrelated insurance agents. Randy normally handles every prospect himself.
We share information only in these situations:
- Insurance companies. When you apply for insurance, we provide the necessary information to the insurance company for underwriting, application processing, policy issuance, servicing and related insurance purposes.
- Another licensed insurance professional. In an uncommon situation where your insurance needs would be better served by another appropriately licensed insurance professional with specialized expertise, Randy may bring that agent into your case. You will be told before that happens.
- Service providers. Companies that provide services to us, such as our online form service (Formspark), our website hosting and our customer records and messaging tools, receive information only as needed to provide those services.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.
Analytics and advertising on the website
On FEXGuy.com we use two third-party tools to understand how the website is used. We never send them your name, email address, phone number or form answers.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 records the pages you visit, the page address and the page you came from, your approximate location (determined by Google), and information about your device and browser. It also records when a quote form submission is completed and when the website’s phone number link is tapped. It uses cookies to recognize repeat visits.
Our Google Analytics settings: Google Signals is off, user-provided data collection is off, optional enhanced measurement events are off, email addresses are redacted, data is retained for 14 months, and Google Analytics is not linked to any Google Ads account.
Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel (Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram) records page views and when a quote form submission is completed. Meta receives the page address, the page you came from, your IP address and information about your browser, and uses cookies. Automatic advanced matching is turned off, so we do not send Meta your name, email address or phone number. We may use this information to measure the website and, if we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, to measure and improve that advertising. You can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Google and Meta handle the information they receive under their own privacy policies.
Site search
Searches on our website are run in your browser. Search terms can be personal, so we remove them from the page address before Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel load, and we do not send search terms to either of them. As with any web page, the address your browser requests, which includes the search term, is received by our website hosting provider.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our own website code does not set cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set their own cookies, as described above. After a quote form submission, the website keeps a temporary marker in your browser’s session storage so the submission is not counted twice; it contains no form answers and is cleared when you close the browser tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
Prospect and client records in our business systems may be kept indefinitely, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate business purposes. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your requests
To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your information, call 888-862-9456. Some information may need to be kept for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The website and our services are intended for adults. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Other websites
The website links to other websites, such as insurance companies and sources we cite. Those websites have their own privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
